Bell Canada - Bill Analyzer download

  1. Go to: https://www.interaction.bell.ca/auth/login?LOCALE=en_US and sign in.

  2. Click on 'Billing'

  3. Click on 'Online Bill Manager'

  4. Click on 'Access'

  5. This is the 'Bill Analyzer' - click on 'Details'

  6. Select '_Equipment' then click on 'Order Report'

    1. Click on Add Report

    2. Select 'Start with a copy of an existing report', select as shown for the two reports.

    3. For the '_Equipment' report, ensure the follow columns are added in the exact order (only these columns, no extra columns).  Name the report '_Equipment'

      Number Billed
      Conso Sub Account
      Circuit
      Product Code Description
      Sub Product Code Description
      USOC Short Description
      USOC Long Description
      Quantity
      Unit Cost
      Monthly Rate
      GST
      HST
      GL Code

      Service or Equipment
      Information






    4. For the '_Summary of Charges: Modified' report, ensure the follow columns are added in the exact order (only these columns, no extra columns). Name the report '_Summary of Charges: Modified'

      OCC / OTC
      Directory Advertising
      Wireline Call Usage
      National Usage
      Wireless Call Usage

  7. Select the month and click on 'Submit Order' (All default settings are correct).

  8. Order will be queued for processing (Pending).

  9. Click on 'Details' from the menu and select the second report, '_Summary of Charges: Modified' then click 'Order Report'

  10. Order will be processed as the first report (see #7)
  11. After a few minutes, click on 'Download Center' and then 'Completed Orders', select 'Detail' and 'View'...
    a. click on the text for the report to download, '_Summary of Charges: Modified'
    b. click on the text for the report to download. '_Equipment'
  12. Drag/upload the two saved CSV files into Bernard
